Shared Sentences (six sentences) (suspenseful seven)

Another re-write from a story penned long ago. ***
The Ones Who Hold Her

"She struts around so full of herself--like every word, stroke is heaven sent. She thinks she's such a talented artist. Well, she 's just a brush.

They turn her upside down; grab her by her legs; dunk her hair in paint; and whip her hair back and forth against a blank canvas. She just a brush.

If you ask me, the ones who deserve the credit are the ones who hold her."

eek, she's just a brush... or a puppet? I like this six, and I'm very curious to see where this is going!

Intriguing - and I hope you'll tell us the context in next week's post.

Thank you all for your comments. To answer your questions, this is a stand alone flash fiction piece. Now, based, on your comments, I clearly see its limitations.
